About Brewers Roofing

 
Brewers Roofing is a small family run business with more than 35 years experience in the industrial roofing & cladding field.

Although we are based in Portsmouth we have completed contracts as far away as Yorkshire, & over seas in the Falklands. Our senior partner started on the tools back in the late seventies progressing to become contracts manager in a well-established southern branch of E R Dyers, mainly based in Manchester.

Our junior partner left school in 1981 and went straight into a job within the roofing industry, starting out on the bottom rung of the ladder, excuse the pun, labouring for 3 years on different sites all over England & Scotland. Then slowly moving up to become an improver so it was called back then before finally after another 2 years becoming a sheeting tradesman running his own contracts within the company he worked for.

After passing many courses & training programs for different applications of roof coverings, he decided to go it alone and become a subbie employing at times up to 12 men, for many different roofing companies In 1993 father & Son decided to join forces and the rest as they say is history. We also have grand daughters & daughters now involved within the business although not on a full time basis.
